A note on how long this takes
Since everything runs on your own device instead of a server, conversion speed depends on your computer, not ours. A short clip at a modest frame rate and size typically takes a few seconds; longer clips, higher frame rates, or larger output widths will take proportionally longer. There's no way around this tradeoff for a genuinely local converter — it's the cost of nothing being uploaded.
